We need to re-think how to do navigation with the Codebreaker app:

Goals

Can be used with WPF, WinUI, .NET MAUI, Uno Platform
Should support built-in functionality from the mentioned platforms
Should be easy to use and simple to understand
Supports the navigation requirements of the Codebreaker apps
