Sign Up today returns an error in the backend #76

All devices, all browsers.
Steps to reproduce:

Go to site
Start filling the sign up data.
once all fields are filled, clicked on "Start Application"

The backend might be turned off? this seems to be working a while ago.

I can't repro over here. Can you clear your cache and do a hard-reload and try again?
