Objective

As an admin, I would like to be able to create an event to be shown to only participating families.

Tech Spec

  • New field is added to the event schema for "participating family only" attribute
  • Add field to event create and edit forms
  • Filter events for non-participating family users (or, alternatively filter on the backend)
