Create search bar for sites

• create search bar on top of map
• add auto-fill (recommendations) when user starts typing, suggestions will come from data
• make search bar suggestions scrollable
• user can search for resource name or resource type
• user can also search for opportunity name or opportunity organizer email
• user can search for location name
• locations on map should filter out as user is typing
• when a location is clicked in the search drop down or when the enter key is hit, all the info for the location will show up on the side
• when text typed into search bar is invalid, the search bar will show suggestions and tell the user to try again
• if the enter key is hit and the location is invalid, nothing happens
