현재 KTS+의 "승객 수송 차량"은 동력 없이 단순 객차 기능만 함.
동력분산식이 구현되어 있지 않음
한국 열차 세트나 2cc 열차셋을 참고하여 보았을때

승객 수송 차량 (동력 있음)
승객 수송 차량 (동력 없음)

두가지로 분리할 예정.

동력분산식 출력은 x 1.341이 필요
