Hi, I am trying to implement the cBathy algorithm to some videos, but I have had some problems.
I am working with stitched images from two synchronized cameras.
I made the rectification (according to CIRN recommendations) and I created the bathy structure necessary to apply the algorithm. I have tried different grid sizes, frequency ranges and have not had good results. Also, I have tried to improve the contrast of the image and apply some filters to eliminate noise.
In addition, I have tried applying the algorithm only with a camera image, but I cannot obtain the depths.
Do you have any advice that can help me? I would greatly appreciate it
Attached video and bathy structure (in google drive link), there I use 1 and 2 cameras.
Estaban, did you ever figure this out? Your video looks fine. I am away from my office so can't test the data. And having stitches images should matter - you only need the extracted time stack.
