Problem setting old all-orange light colour rather than state-based colour

Hi - you fixed an issue for me in v2.3.0-beta.3 so I've seen some of the other stuff that's coming. I had an issue with the light background making the text hard to read (see at bottom), so I tried going back to the old behaviour. I would have thought these were the settings I would need to get them back to orange when on:

However with this setting, no background is shown. Am I doing it wrong?

The first light below is a light group of 3 white lights (in a candelabra type thing) and only one of the lights is on, and it's at 3% brightness (the group entity shows 3% too). As you can see, the white text is hard to read on a near-white background (my dashboard is in dark-mode). Not sure if there's much you can do about it though.
