I would kindly ask to update the page with the community infra featuring our IRC channel, Telegram group and video chat platform. I have added some content, but it definitely needs more proof reading: https://github.com/CityZenApp/Project-Management/wiki/Community:-infra.

@Borisbudini do you think we can have an https://readthedocs.org/ instance for our documentation similar to this one https://ajuntamentdebarcelona.github.io/foss-guide/ca/Introduccio.html? Can this be hosted at GitHub in order to avoid having a dedicated server?
