Following #47 I would propose to have a dedicated Jitsi channel for our monthly calls/chats/meetups online. I propose Jotsi because as far as I know it is free software, but any other floss alternative would be more than welcome. After finalizing this please document it here: https://github.com/CityZenApp/Project-Management/wiki/Community:-chat

Ideal deadline: 19.06.2018.
