Docker swarm?? Ed Apps??

*and vs. Ed. :) not sure how we can use swarm with kubernetes yet, but it
looks like it works well for just launching docker apps on mesos and by
itself. So it's k8s + marathon + swarm options now.....kind of....need to
try it still, but we should :)

Since we don't have persistent storage for pod's storing docker images doesn't make sense.
