Contiv network support

Contiv network plugin has good policy support, and multicast support, which is important for video streaming use case. Can we make it become another deployment option? https://github.com/contiv/netplugin

I can add this to the backlog https://www.pivotaltracker.com/n/projects/1461754 and contiv is on our roadmap. Have you used its multicast support with docker?

FYI: As far as i know they are supporting k8s already. Also they are planning to contribute netplugin support upstream into kubernetes/contib/ansible (ref contiv/netplugin#237)

Multicast can work in inter-container use case. Vipin is helping me making external multicast work. Should have good news soon.
