Hi I would be willing to work on that, offset happens in https://github.com/ChunhuanLin/deform_conv_pytorch/blob/master/deform_conv.py#L115 however I am unsure as how the offset is combined when stacked qith q_lb, q_rt ...
Some explanation would go a long way!

@bkvie Hey, through the q_lb, q_rt ..., we can get the bilinear kernel weight and the corresponding feature value of this position, then we can get the final feature of current location.
