Should include the option to start shared workouts with other users

Basic implementation idea

Add sharedWith property to Exercise in database
Add ability to share exercises with other users
- Share button on exercise page
Add section for shared workouts to the dashboard
- Active shared workouts that show like own currently active workout
- Previous shared workouts
- Invites to workouts
