Steps to recreate

  1. Log in as a reviewer ([email protected]/ abcd123)
  2. Navigate to case tab
  3. See Results

Expected: The user only has access to the case with which a user is assigned to them
Actual: A review sees all cases

Reviewer is assigned to +7 that is linked to CASE. The reviewer sees CASE and NEW case. NEW case is not assigned to any users so reviewer role should not see that case
