Add About section to CaseID

As an admin, I want to configure a CaseID so that I can better identify them in the admin panel.

Requirements

• Allow the manager/ coordinator to upload an case image
  • Allow the manager/ coordinator to replace the case image
  • Show cropping tool and require the user to upload an image based on the image size/ quality being good quality
  • Allow manager/ coordinator to delete image
• Allow manager/ coordinator to edit CaseID name my clicking the field
  • If there are not edits, then show save button in grey
  • If edits are made, save should turn blue
  • The same format requirements for the creation of a caseID name and error messages should be used
  • Allow the manager/ coordinator to cancel the edit, which will revert back to the last published name
• Allow manager/ coordinator to assign users from about page that follow same requirements as assigning from case table page
• Allow manager/ coordinator to unassign users from the about page that follow the same requirements as unassigning from case table page
