Please change 0 XCH fee recommendations from "Likely in >5 minutes" to "Unknown - Not Recommended"

The title pretty much summarizes the request, the reason being so many new and longtime users don't understand the mempool, so when the software says roughly 5 minutes give or take, a free transaction sounds good to them.

Its leading to a LOT of transactions getting stuck in mempool and not going through, I think users would more than likely chose a fee if the software was more forward in indicating that the time is unknown and 0 XCH is not recommended.

So please change 0 XCH fee recommendations from "Likely in >5 minutes" to "Unknown - Not Recommended"
