通过设置Exception Domains 可以让一些域名不通过HTTPS来访问。如果一个网址还是使用IP地址的，该如何配置？使用Allow Arbitrary Loads设为YES可以，有没有其他方式类似Exception Domains来访问？

问一个相关的，如果是动态ip地址的话，有办法设置吗

比如一些仅支持http的摄像头设备
