罗技新版本重启后移动失效 #27

移动失效只是不移动返回状态正确无论调用IbInputSimulator 还是独立实现都是这个情况

2021.11.8744 之后的版本安装都会自动更新为 23.1.364016
经测试 2021.11.8744以及之前的版本不会出现问题

第一次安装未重启前可以正常使用重启后移动失效
可以正常找到注册表打开设备与发送命令但是不移动

可能23.1.364016 之前的不会出现这种问题
但是未找到 2021.11.8744 - 23.1.364016 之间的离线安装包
