Since I cannot downgrade my Hexen's Steam installation yet, I'd like to get the hashes for the Hexen Store Beta wads.

You can get a copy via the https://github.com/Doom-Utils/iwad-patches repository. The beta WAD in particular has an md5sum of c88a2bb3d783e2ad7b599a8e301e099e
