Tests/p_bc/ test cases run twice

The same test case exists in “tests/p_bc/”.
1） "10-bc-installed-test.sh" and "bc-test-installation.sh" have the same content
2）"20-bc-test-simple-calculation.sh" and "bc-test-basic-functionalities.sh" have the same content

Do you want me to modify it and push PR?

If you found duplicate tests, yes PR are always welcome. Just keep in mind that with 8.0.1905 and now 7.7.1908 that started, we'll probably be "slow" to answer :)
