Sonar/Radarr Activity Pending notification

Due to the changes in the way *arrs handle automatic import in the new versions, I see a few activities always pending with errors like: Found matching series via grab history, but release was matched to series by ID. Automatic import is not possible.

This afaik happens due to some indexers not releasing correctly. Having said all of this, I would like to request a script with notification (discord would be ideal) if something is in "Activity" tab in Sonarr/Radaar for more than X hours ideally with the error message.

PS: This request is primarily due to me not checking my server often to check for failures.
