filter lookup_df for "depressants". Most of those should be synonyms. for example, the category for "methaqualone" should be "sedative". "sedative" is a category under "depressants". we need to revisit how we categorize.

need to add documentation on the hierarchal structure from the dea and how extra categories are added. that would go in make_lookup_df.Rmd
