Relocate answers when a student changes the answers directory

It probably makes sense to relocate the student's existing answers when they change the answers directory.

However, the logic for this should not assume anything which could be dangerous. In particular, it must not overwrite any existing files at the new answers directory (and should perhaps only move the answers without prompting if the destination directory is empty).
