Just a note that we do this in the conversion from pytket -> qiskit when we run into pytket operations that don't have an exact replacement in qiskit.

The tk_to_qiskit converter performs a rebase (using AutoRebase) to the set of pytket operations which have exact equivalents in qiskit.
