Description

This pull request upgrades the @tanstack/react-query package to version 5. It also includes other changes such as updating the package.json file and modifying several files in the convertPheno_client directory.

Summary

• Upgraded @tanstack/react-query package from version 4.36.1 to version 5.x.x in the convertPheno_client/package.json file.
• Modified the convertPheno_client/src/code/Main.jsx file:
  • Replaced QueryClient import with createQueryClient import from @tanstack/react-query.
  • Replaced ReactQueryDevtools import with ReactQueryDevtools import from @tanstack/react-query/devtools.
  • Updated the initialization of queryClient to use createQueryClient() instead of new QueryClient().
• Modified the convertPheno_client/src/code/views/conversion/components/clinicalData/ClinicalData.jsx file:
  • Replaced useQueryClient import with useQueryClient and QueryClient imports from @tanstack/react-query.
  • Updated the initialization of queryClient to use new QueryClient() instead of useQueryClient().
• Modified the convertPheno_client/src/code/views/conversion/components/submission/Submission.jsx file:
  • Replaced useQueryClient import with QueryClient import from @tanstack/react-query.
  • Updated the initialization of queryClient to use new QueryClient() instead of useQueryClient().
• Modified the convertPheno_client/src/code/views/conversion/hooks/finishedJobs.jsx file:
  • Replaced useQuery import from @tanstack/react-query with useQuery import from react-query.
  • Added refetchOnWindowFocus: false and refetchOnReconnect: false options to the useQuery hook.
