Acceptance Criteria: A set of emojis is available in the given nodeBB UI for users so they can react to posts. Emojis are presented in an intuitive way, and the selection is functional and responsive.

so i tried to add something to one of the .tpl files and then it caused a bunch of errors so i reverted it and now i'll try something else

essentially reactions.tpl shouldn't be edited. after i edited it i got 44,000 failures so i reverted to the previous commit. currently thinking if emoji reactions are even possible for messages in nodebb.
