I could not separate the analyses (all labelled with KOKO_...) into groups. I have attached the .SQUD file.

@AllenKennedy - try the different delimeters in the drop-down box at top. They work for me. What are the final groups you want? Select "_" to get this :

I could obtain the break down of names that you show in the image. However, I could not select any of the options below the currently selected group.

You have them all selected as the reference material so you can't subdivide. You need to remove them from the reference material lists in "Data/Manage Spots and Reference Materials" using right mouse click / clear list.

@AllenKennedy the same is true for a lot of the "in running" changes relating to a Reference Material (e.g. changing Models). To make a new Model "take" properly, you also need to remove prefixed spots from the RM list in "Data/Manage Spots and Reference Materials", then re-add them.
