MMM: Manual entry not written to mapping file #104

When we manually entered information (for example, user code or current_archive), this information was not written to the mapping file.

Actually those two fields are not editable and the edit button being present is a bug.

here it would be nice to have the data file you are using.

We were using the same files as discussed in this issue #103 (comment).
