Describe your feature request.

AntiBot should check if a new "player" spawns in combat while we're attacking someone, and if they spawn in a range and maintain that range for a certain amount of ticks, we should remove them because they're a bot.

Additional context

I can probably make this for legacy (legacy first because I want my ticocraft config to not ban because of shitty AntiBot config 💀) and nextgen
If I can't get it on legacy, I'll just make it for nextgen.
