  1. Create Functions:
  • Function: Limma Normalization
  • PCA Plot: update to take Normalized data (do not force log transform)
  • Histogram plot: Create option to add Xaxis label to make flexible for input type (Raw vs Normalized)
  • Make PCA and Historgram Plots Interactive
