Takanobu Tagawa of the University of Edinburgh would like to run CHARLIE on Edinburgh's HPC called Eddie, which uses the Altair Gridengine batch system on Rocky Linux 9.

We can accomplish this using snakemake profiles for different scheduler systems (slurm, grid).
