A place to gather commonly used functions and classes

CBA_A3 provides a place for gathering commonly used functions across mods that aren't available in the base game. I believe this will become even a more important aspect in Enfusion with the low-level nature of many functions.

Just to give an example that I recently encountered:

• There currently seems to be no function analogue to skipTime. You can set time of the day and the date, but have to calculate the end point yourself.

The question I have is whether we should gather ideas for functions and classes in this thread or make for each proposal a separate one.
