Add an additional filter to selectively display Issues and PRs from team members

As documented in #52 , the IssuesViewerComponent can get pretty messy quickly with multiple members in the team. Sometimes, users may want to only view specific team members and their issues, rather than every team member. It will be nice to be able to filter issues and PRs based on a selection of team members as well. Furthermore, users should be able to remove certain team members from their dashboard by clicking on a "remove" button on the CardViewComponent itself. They can subsequently add them back by adding the members to the filter appropriately. Refer to the screenshot below for more details.

Good suggestion. But not a high priority, as we target small teams, such as CS2103 iP/tP. So, this can be put on hold first.
