Automated benchmarks for all algorithms

Problem

We currently have a few notebooks with GT or pseudo-GT and metrics calculation. We need more coverage and are missing automated benchmarks.

Potential solution

• Identify benchmarks for each algorithm:
  • N2V: BSD68, SEM, microsim
  • N2N: SEM, microsim
  • CARE: ?
• Write notebooks to https://github.com/CAREamics/careamics-examples
• Write corresponding HPC scripts to CAREamics-benchmark repo or https://github.com/CAREamics/careamics-examples
• Set-up GitLab with GPU access at HT to run them automatically
• Automatically fetch results when building website
