GravityBox is awesome app! But I really appreciate to have a possibility to change number and type of actions on the pie. It could run application, shortcuts or even activities of apps.

Also second row would be fine! (But not so important for me)

Second row is not planned.
Regarding launching apps, you can already use custom pie button for it.
(Statusbar tweaks / Pie controls / Show custom key -> choose "Application launcher")
You can define up to 8 apps in GB Settings / Application launcher.
