Conan package for conan-center

Hi Michael,

We are reviewing old recipes and packages from old conan.io to update to conan 1.0 and submit curated packages, tested in CI for major OS to conan-center. Would you consider doing the update? I will help as much as possible. Otherwise, I will consider to take over and try to contribute the package myself to conan-center, because I think this is a very interesting library.
