Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We have new headers, such as Activity, that are not being written by all messaging frameworks; we should ensure they are supported. We also have ones like ContentType that should be everywhere etc.

Describe the solution you'd like
We need to review - are all the headers being written for each piece of middleware
