SNMPCollector for Netscaler Metrics

NetScaler is a network appliance manufactured by Citrix providing level 4 load balancing, firewall, proxy and VPN functions.

Generic Options
retries: Number of times to retry before bailing
host: netscaler dns address
byte_unit: Default numeric output(s)
timeout: Seconds before timing out the snmp connection
enabled: Enable collecting these metrics
port: Netscaler port to collect snmp data
community: SNMP community
