Spell % crit values not updating correctly

Bug description

In Season of Discovery (SoD), spell crit values seem to be "updating incorrectly" when obtaining and losing crit % buffs.

In the following example (lvl 40 Mage) we can see the values changing over time (compared against a different add-on on the left side):

• 1% Scroll of Arcane Power I + 4% crit Spark of Inspiration

• Only 4% crit Spark of Inspiration

• None of the above

/reload refreshed and fixed the value. I assume swapping a piece of gear would also force an update, but did not test this last part.

Hey @ForgeGit thanks for taking the time to report this.

I also have the feeling that the "update mechanism" lost some of its reliability over the last month. I am also quite sure this is not only related to spell crit, but an overall issue.

Currently I am focussing on getting Questie in a better shape for Cata, so ECS needs to wait a bit longer, sorry.
