System setup
AMDFX8230
32GB RAM
240GB primary

MSI RX570 8GB Armour DP ports, using DP to HDMI cables
3 monitors setup Benq GW2280

Ubuntu 18.04.3 fresh install
Linux deepcool 5.0.0-31-generic #33~18.04.1-Ubuntu SMP Tue Oct 1 10:20:39 UTC 2019 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
AMDGPU 19.30 is installed
./amdgpu-install --opencl=legacy

After I set the amdgpu.appfeaturemask in grub, update grub and reboot.
The screens flicker. All 3.
Wattmangtk will run.

I tried adjusted 10-amdgpu.conf creating 10-monitfor.conf, adjusted the refresh rates in the display options but nothing I do gets rid of this dam screen flicker.

When I use xrandr -r 60, 2 monitors turn off and the active screen stops flickering.

I am at a lost, how do I get all 3 monitors to stop flickering after I set the amdgpu.app in grub?

This is caused my some issue in the Linux kernel that i do not know how to fix

BUT by modifying /sys/class/drm/card0/device/power_dpm_force_performance_level to either low or high depending on your need, you can prevent the stutter.

Normally it is auto which causes the stutters
