Vega M support / read only mode?

I'm running an i7-8705G with a Vega m GL and WattmanGTK refuses to launch. This is expected as this GPU is locked down by Intel and only the i7-8809G is unlocked out of the series.

Tbh I don't actually want to OC the gpu (my Notebook is already getting hot enough :) ) but it would be nice for monitoring purposes as you actually have a graph unlike with watch cat /sys/class/card1/device/something_something.
