Users can select dates in the future, but they will get a notification afterwards that it's not possible.

My recommendation is that the list should start with the current year.
The notification can be kept, I think only the year picker should be fixed.

That's a known issue, but thanks for writing it down, I forgot.

When we set a min or max date for the component, the native datepicker gets all wonky on mobile (#24). the non-native datepicker is awful there, though, so I just removed the restrictions so that it works on mobile at all. I think it may be a Buefy bug.

Mobile development is scary.

Also be aware that you can increment the month, and you can jump to the next year.
Dunno if it can be solved with the component tho, but it's good if we have the ticket for it.
