Currently, setting "Filter by WorkItem Current State" to "New, Failed Testing" doesn't work because the space before "Failed..." isn't trimmed.
Hence we have to set "Filter by WorkItem Current State" to "New,Failed Testing" , which is harder to read.
The issue is here:
if (settings.workItemCurrentState && settings.workItemCurrentState !== '' && settings.workItemCurrentState.split(',').indexOf(workItem.fields['System.State']) === -1) {
Similar for 'workItemType'.
