Note to developers.txt

Please when adding new features to this project,
create each seperate feature in its own branch.

If one feature requires another to work please branch off
that feature.

It is requires several please branch off the closes and merge
the others.

This allows indivdual features to be seperatly merged back into
the master branch, once their working, and I have approved of them.
