Description of the issue:
This does not happen on singleplayer worlds.
1st screenshot is from Barnarda C, and second screenshot is from Proxima B
It's hard to explain, but what I think is happening is that landing on Proxima B loads Barnarda C's stuff, and landing on Proxima B loads Barnarda C's stuff.
Dimensions are correct, but they’re registered wrong in Galacticraft. I think you accidentally swapped them in the server side, or it was desyncing.
