Suits/Armors from other mods cannot prevent solar radiation after changing config

Description of the issue:
I added some armor sets to the Radiation and Pressure Armor List in core.conf file. However, only the original quantum set (and not METS advanced/heavy quantum chest) and modular powersuits worked. The spacesuits in Extra Planets cannot prevent solar radiation as well.
