Currently our main theme is "dark", can we support another theme style like "light".

Describe alternatives you've considered
MUI support theme modes. Add another theme definition.

Dark theme added in issue #20
Dark theme improved in #31 PR #34
This is lower priority as our current focus is to make main dashboard (or overall dashboard)
