An abstract system for generically controlling parameters for an Entity or Component based on whatever is needed, be it another Entity/Component, collected inputs, or sensors that exist in the game world.
In the short term the controllers can replace the existing functionality that exists where WorldTriggers are used in BlowsNotSucks in Catch. Longer term the controllers would be used by the player classes to control Characters and vehicles.
