ECS - Level of Detail (LOD)

For some more sophisticated systems such as terrain and networking there will be an interest in the LOD of individual components/proxies. Being able to retrieve or set the LOD in a generic manner will be helpful in the crafting of those systems. Graphics and Physics proxies immediately come to mind as systems that make use of this but there may be more.
