I downloaded a copy of what I think was v2 (which I assume is version 2, not volume 2…), and it’s available in this gist.

Hoping we will dig into the translation of this info at the breakout session at HARMONY 2022 tomorrow morning, see https://combine-org.github.io/events/ — I have made a Collab notebook for working on it.
